This toner comprises of two star ingredients: Fermented Black Rice and Hyaluronic Acid, which combine to boost skin with anti-aging and nourishing actives. Black rice protects skin against free radicals and helps promote skin cell turnover. Hyaluronic acid imparts hydration deep into skin, while added beta glucan and red ginseng extract heal and rejuvenate.
